and dislikes regarding the site, the types of jobs, job seekers,
or recruiters you are interested in, etc., in an effort to deliver
to you the best possible site experience. This information is collected
by requesting it from you.

distribute personal information (such as their e-mail address),
that information can be collected and used by others. This may result
in unsolicited messages form third parties, for which Recruiters 365 is not responsible.
Recruiters 365 does not collect personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. The site may collects personally identifying information in several ways including:

Uses of Personally Identifying information

When submitted to register as a Recruiters 365 user:
Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated.
When registering as a Recruiters 365 user we may request your email address and other contact information. We may use your email address or fax number to send you: account statements, invoices, newsletters, announcements of service enhancements and new features on the web site, surveys to monitor or improve the use and satisfaction of the site, or to send you marketing or promotional material about selected partners.
To access and modify your personal information as a registered user of Recruiters 365:

Future service: Submitting a resume;
Since Recruiters 365 hosts career sites, we give job seekers the option of placing a resume in online databases. All recruiters who pay for access to the resume database services may have access to your resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to these database services only to paying recruiters, headhunters, staffing firms, and employment search consultants. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to these services.
You may remove your resume from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters who have paid for access to the database services, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the database services, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database.

When Submitting a Corporate Profile:
Corporate Profiles are provided as a service of Recruiters 365 for the benefit of our registered users. These profiles may be indexed in directories which are searchable by job seekers and corporations. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to these services.
You may remove your profile from our searchable directories at any time. However, job seekers or corporations who have accessed to the directory services, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the directory services, may have retained a copy of your profile in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in their database.

When submitted for editorial purposes:
If you submit personally identifying information for editorial purposes, such as name, company or title, it may be used for editorial purposes, such as letters to the editor, calendar items, articles, etc.

When submitted via "Email this to a Friend " feature:
When a user of Recruiters 365 uses this feature, they are asked to supply their friend's name and email address to automatically send the friend a one-time email version of the job. We receive the friend's personally identifying information solely for the purpose of sending the information, and we do not presently store the information after the email is sent.

When Submitted to Conduct Transactions:
To process a transaction or to offer a service, such as purchasing a subscription, personally identifying information may be transferred to another party to complete or fulfill the transaction or to provide the service or product. Financial information, such as credit card information, may also be collected and forwarded to another party to fulfill the transaction and to bill the user for products and services.

When Submitted to Third Party Service Providers:
We have today, and will in the future have, arrangements with third party service providers, such as credit card processors. When you sign up for a service we offer on the Site, we may be required to share Personal Information with that service provider in order to provide the service. These third party providers are not permitted to retain or use Personal Information for any purpose unrelated to providing the service. While Recruiters 365 will seek to require third parties with whom it has agreements to follow appropriate privacy policies, Recruiters 365 does not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of such third parties.

Recruiters 365 may match specific and/or aggregated Personal Information with third party data to provide you with product and content offerings that interest you and improve our advertising and marketing efforts. Recruiters Online Network also may disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to potential advertisers, partners, other third parties, our affiliate companies, and for other lawful purposes. Party Collecting the Information
This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and dissemination of information that we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose any information to other parties, whether through, for example: online job postings, resume postings, corporate profile postings, discussion areas or chat rooms, instant messaging, email discussion lists, or the like, through third party services or promotions offered on or through the Site or through other web sites throughout the Internet, different policies may apply and Recruiters 365 shall not be responsible for the use or dissemination of such information.
Our Sites may operate as part of a larger group of sites, and may carry co-branded pages. In addition, other sites may use the Site's or Recruiters 365's name. Since Recruiters 365 does not control the privacy policies of third parties, if you input your information on a co-branded page, then your information becomes the property of both Recruiters 365 and the co-sponsor of the page. When jobs seekers or companies opt to register at Recruiters 365, a business relationship is created between Recruiters 365 and that job seeker or company. Examples of how a business relationship may be created through registration include, but are not necessarily limited to: submitting a resume, applying for a Trial Membership Subscription, or purchasing a Subscription.
You may choose to "opt-out" of sharing
Personal Information in several ways. When choosing to use certain
features or services on the Site, you can choose whether or not
to share optional Personal Information in connection with the feature
or service. If you receive communications from us that you prefer
not to receive, you may opt out from receiving these communications,
either by specifically indicating this preference in a communication
to us via email or letter or by deleting your registration profile
from our database and terminating your business relationship with
Recruiters 365.
You may also "opt-out" altogether from providing Personal
Information to us by not registering on the Site and thereby never
establishing a business relationship with Recruiters 365.
You may also choose at a later date to terminate an existing business
relationship. If you have established a business relationship with
Recruiters 365 and wish to terminate it, please contact us with your request.
Certain portions of the Site and certain services provided on the
Site, however, do require registration in order to access or use
these areas and services. If you choose not to register or provide
certain information, these areas will not be accessible to you.
